Hello beautiful mama! My name is Britney! It wasn't long ago that I too felt scared, lost, and hopeless, struggling with Postpartum Depression. Shortly after the birth of my daughter I realized something felt very off with me. I had so much anxiety, so many intrusive thoughts that terrified me and I felt a level of depression I had never felt before.
